During my time working for The Antelope, I have written several entertainment and opinion pieces. I wrote a review on Kearney bar, Gillie’s, which received nearly 2,000 views and reached the most views on our website. The bar’s Facebook shared the article, allowing many locals and restaurant-goers to read my article. 

Column Writing

I wrote several opinion columns while working for The Antelope. This column focuses on society vs. the reality of relationships and love.

Editorial 

In my Commentary and Blogging class, we practiced writing several types of writing, including editorial writing. I wrote an editorial focusing on the need to educate on affirmative consent. 

Feature

For my Commentary and Blogging class, I was instructed to write a feature story on someone impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
